It’s that time of year! Central’s own Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is looking for dues, donations, and engagement. Are you a new family, or just interested in making a contribution to making our school community a tighter place? Central’s PTSA supports our teachers, funds scholarships, and so much more. Join us! Make your (suggested) $25+ contribution to Central PTSA and drop off at the Main Office or mail to Linda Prom, PTSA Treasurer, 108 S Prospect St, Champaign 61820. Three Ways to Pay for Yearbook:
1. Come to room 119 any hour except 3 & 8. Pay with cash or check made out to The Maroon. The book is $55.00's. You will receive a receipt.
2. Mail a check in to the school address with Attention Yearbook. We can send a receipt via the student or enclose a stamped addressed envelope for the receipt.
3. Online. yearbookforever.com Find Champaign Central High School There is an extra charge of $2.25 for processing.This is a secure Walsworth Publishing Company website.

There is a Peer Leader Luncheon Meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 3, during 6th hour in the Lower Library. Peer Leaders will be meeting in their freshman advisories Friday, Dec. 6.
AMSO (Applied Math and Science Outreach Club) is hosting a chemistry demonstration show put on by the University of Illinois chapter of the American Chemical Society on Thursday, December 5, after school in the Library Lecture Hall. We hope to see you there!

Central Spanish Honor Society is conducting their annual Costa Rica coffee and chocolate covered coffee beans fundraiser. All coffee is shipped directly from sustainable coffee growers in Costa Rica. The proceeds will benefit our area efforts in the Latino community and our international outreach project with Mayan Families in Guatemala. Please consider purchasing delicious coffee products! Are you stressed? Too many things going on in your life? You are not alone! The African American Club is sponsoring the first Real Talk of the year. The discussion topic is Self Care. Join us with Ms. Anderson and Ms. Kuppler in the Lower Library for free pizza, conversation, and mindfulness on Monday, December 9th during 6th period. If you have lunch 4th or 5th period, please contact Mrs. Pelmore to let her know you are interested in attending this Real Talk.
