Central H.S. Announcements for 04/13/2018

Dear Champaign Central Family and Friends,

It’s almost graduation time...time for the Central Community to fund the ParentTeacherStudentAssociation Scholarships.  Our goal of $2000.00 by May 1st is achievable if we work together.   .

For more than a decade, we have been able to encourage dozens of Central seniors with a cash scholarship for their high school performance—academics, school involvement, and community service.  Historically, we have had an overabundance of great applicants with minimal scholarships to award, and we expect another strong applicant pool.

Your tax-deductible donation, of any amount, tells the students that we believe in them and their dreams! Your donation is empowering not only to our seniors, but bears out that we all have been encouraged by others along the way.  Personal contributions or donations from businesses are welcome!

To Donate

Send your check or money order made payable to Champaign Central PTSA to:

Champaign Central High School

Attn:  PTSA Scholarship Program

610 W. University Avenue

Champaign, IL 61820

Go to www.MySchoolBucks.Org

Anyone can create an account, even if there is no link to a particular student.  Once on the Champaign Central page, click on School Store and the PTSA Scholarship will be displayed on the bottom left.  Proceed with the prompts. There is a program fee for making donations online to cover the cost of the credit card transaction.  That fee changes depending on the amount being donated and is automatically calculated in the “cart.”

For scholarships for the 2018 graduating seniors, please submit all donations by Tuesday, May 1st.

Thank you for your continued support of Champaign Central High School and the PTSA.
