Central H.S. Announcements for 01/30/2018

Attention ALL STUDENTS: Social probation and event attendance-   If you are denied entry to an event because you are on social probation, please remember you will not be allowed to remain on school property.  You are expected to exit the building and school grounds immediately upon denial of entry.  This rule applies to all events, including TONIGHT’S game against Centennial.  For TONIGHT’S game, we will also ask people to leave school property if the game is sold out and they are denied entry.


The Improv Group is holding extra practices this week and we invite you to come check it out.  If you want to laugh, have fun, and even become more confident, Improv Comedy is for you.  Join us in the lower library, TODAY, Thursday, & Friday this week, 3:30p - 5:30p.  See Mrs. Wachtel in room 321 if you have questions.

Peer Mediation field trip forms are due to Miss Long by TOMORROW, in her mailbox or in the AP office.  Please contact her with questions.

French Club will celebrate la Chandeleur by making crepes TOMORROW after school from 3:30p - 4:30p in room 117. See your French teacher to sign up.

Please support French Club by eating at Panera this Thursday from 4:00p – 8:00p.  Mention our club to support our fundraiser. Merci!

The Medical Careers Club will be meeting this Friday at 7:30a in room 305.  Donuts will be provided!


Tickets for TONIGHT's Sophomore and Varsity Boys' Basketball games will be sale on TODAY in the athletic office. Tickets will be sold TODAY from 11:00a - 3:30p. The ticket gate will open at 5:30pm. CHS student activity passes will be accepted at the ticket gate, but if the game is sold out, you will not be permitted to enter without a game ticket. Arrive early as this game has sold out each of the past several years.

There will be a shoe drive before the Central/Centennial basketball game TONIGHT. Please bring new or used shoes of any size or type! Basketball players will be collecting shoes in Seely Hall.  


Attention Sophomores and Juniors, any students who have not turned in their dual credit or ECCA applications need to do so by tomorrow.  All applications are to be turned in to Mr. Tanner in the College & Career Center.
